Everything your business needs to attract, convert, manage and retain your customer base โ all in one place.

A QR-code loyalty system that helps retain your customers by rewarding them after a certain number of purchases. Unlike a static physical stamp card, this system actively notices where a customer is within the cycle, and can nudge them with custom messages based on what stage they are at.
Perfect for businesses such as barbers, salons, car detailers, dog groomers, or any business where customers tend to return on a predictable basis.
Research cited in Harvard Business Review (Frederick Reichheld, Bain & Company) found that increasing customer retention by just 5% can increase profits by 25โ95% โ the behaviour-aware design behind this system exists specifically to support that kind of retention, rather than being a digital copy of a static paper card.
ยน Because the inactivity intervals, reward thresholds, and messages are custom-built per business, this requires a build phase, with a one-off โฌ129 (โยฃ110) build fee.
How many businesses do you know of that actually remember your birthday? Almost none. An offer like this tells your customers you value them โ and that's exactly the kind of thing people remember and mention to friends and family.
Perfect for any kind of business where a personal touch matters. Barbers, salons, restaurants.
ยฒ Because the timing before the birthday and the offer content are custom-built per business, this requires a build phase, with a one-off โฌ47 (โยฃ40) build fee.
A personal, one-time-only offer sent to lapsed customers to bring them back โ each code locked to one person, one use, with full protection against sharing or reuse.
Perfect for businesses with a clear, expected membership or visit pattern, where a lapse actually stands out. For example, gyms.
ยณ Because the unique codes, redemption locking, and admin override are custom-built per business, this requires a build phase, with a one-off โฌ347 (โยฃ295) build fee.
Losing customers is expensive, but with the right offer systems in place, you can make holding on to them easier.
Protect and grow your Google rating automatically.
More 5-star reviews, fake and malicious reviews dealt with before they hurt you, a reply for every customer โ so your rating looks after itself day and night, and higher Google rankings automatically.
It takes years to build your business's reputation. It only takes a moment to damage it.
Your Google review score isn't just a star rating โ it's built from four signals Google actively measures. Whether or not you use any of our systems, these are the four things that decide where you rank locally:
One bad week of reviews. That's all it takes to undo years of good work.
Want the full breakdown, with the actual maths behind how a handful of reviews can swing your rating? Tap below โ no download, no jargon:
Your Google rating directly influences whether customers choose you or your competitor. Small rating changes can mean measurable revenue gains or losses. The fewer reviews you have, the easier it is for a small number of bad reviews to move your rating significantly.
| Scenario | Total Reviews | Resulting Rating |
|---|---|---|
| Starting point | 50 reviews at 4.5 | 4.50 |
| + 3 one-star reviews | 53 reviews | 4.30 |
| + 10 one-star reviews | 60 reviews | 3.92 |
| Scenario | Total Reviews | Resulting Rating |

| Starting point | 500 reviews at 4.5 | 4.50 |
| + 3 one-star reviews | 503 reviews | 4.48 |
| + 10 one-star reviews | 510 reviews | 4.43 |

Customers scan a QR code and are taken to a branded page. Happy customers are guided to leave a public Google review. Unhappy customers are routed privately to you first.
See More Below โA steady stream of managed reviews doubles as a live local SEO signal โ helping you rank higher, not just look better.
See More Below โFake or suspicious reviews are flagged automatically so you can act fast before they damage your rating.
See More Below โNo review sits unanswered โ good or bad, every customer gets a genuine, personal-sounding reply without you lifting a finger.
See More Below โMore Details Below โ
This is the core of the system โ every other feature exists to protect or amplify what this does.
There are two ways in.
A QR code โ printed on a receipt, business card, table-top, or anywhere that suits the business โ takes the customer straight to the branded feedback page when scanned.
Or, the business owner can collect the customer's phone number or email address on the spot and send them a direct link.
Either way, the customer is in the system in seconds โ and everything that follows is handled automatically.
Happy customers are guided straight to leave a public Google review. Unhappy customers are routed privately to you first, before anything goes public.
Private feedback means a bad experience gets a chance to be resolved directly with you โ before it ever becomes a public 1-star review.
Real screenshots of the Smart Review Filtering funnel, start to finish.
Starts the process either from a physical QR code or an online link, whichever suits the moment.
A quick info capture, so every reviewer becomes a lead too, not just a review.
The customer sees a message confirming their details were received, and to look out for an email from you.
The customer receives an email with a hyperlink through to the Smart Review form.
This is where it is determined whether the review goes public instantly, or comes to you first.
If the customer is unhappy, their message is sent to you, the business owner, first, giving you the chance to resolve it before anything goes public.
If the customer has had a good experience, their review automatically goes public, customizable to whichever platforms you request.
The completed review appears live on the platform.
Review requests are collected via QR code and email as standard. Text or WhatsApp requests aren't included as standard, but can be set up on request. For service businesses that invoice customers, a review request can also be sent by email alongside the invoice โ set up on request.
Set up once and left alone, it slowly decays. It's static โ someone has to keep going back in to refresh it โ and it's slow to reflect what's actually true about your business right now.
Runs continuously in the background. Every new review adds to it, so it compounds over time instead of fading โ reflecting real customer trust in real time, not last year's snapshot.
Most SEO work is a one-time project. It gets set up, then mostly sits there:
The problem: all of this ages. Google increasingly rewards businesses that look active right now, not businesses optimised once, years ago.
In short: Google is asking "who's trusted right now?" โ not "who did good SEO once?"
| Traditional SEO | Active SEO |
|---|---|
| Set up once | Runs continuously |
| Static | Always moving |
| Needs manual upkeep | Runs itself |
| Fades over time | Builds over time |
| Hopes reviews show up | Makes sure they do |
Traditional SEO builds the shop. This keeps the lights on, the doors open, and customers talking about you. Google doesn't just rank businesses โ it ranks signals. This is what keeps the right signals flowing.

A fake or malicious review can land at any time. Here's exactly what happens when one does.
Being flagged is only step one. Here's the response playbook that actually limits the damage:
A calm, professional public reply can reduce the damage a fake or unfair review does โ readers judge you by how you respond as much as by the review itself.
Reports to Google with real context and evidence are far more likely to actually succeed than a vague "this is fake" flag.
Asking a few genuine happy customers for a review the same day means the fake one isn't the only recent thing people see.
Repeated wording, timing, or reviews appearing across multiple locations at once can point to coordinated competitor activity, not a real customer.
Every review gets a response โ an AI-drafted reply in your voice, ready in seconds, so replying to reviews stops being a thing you never get around to.
Consumers are significantly more likely to choose a business that responds to its reviews (Forbes Business Development Council, Jul 2024).
Warm and personal, short and professional, or something in between โ the agent replies the way you would, using your name.
Positive reviews get a genuine thank-you. Negative reviews get a calm, professional response โ the kind that makes other readers trust you more, not less.
No review sits unanswered for days waiting for you to find time โ it happens automatically, the same day, every time.
Positive reviews get a genuine, personal thank-you โ automatically, without you having to remember to log in and do it.
One missed call can be one lost job. The cost of missing it is almost always higher than the cost of preventing it.
Never lose a customer just because you missed a call. Have our system keep the conversation open when you can't pick up by instantly replying to every missed call with a message.
Available for both UK and Republic of Ireland numbers.
โฌ72 for SMS, or โฌ97/month with WhatsApp included too โ your choice.
*โฌ49 (โยฃ42) one-off setup fee applies for WhatsApp.
This is a live demo number set up for Missed Call Text Back. Call it, and you'll get an automatic reply back (could take up to a few minutes).
In the Republic of Ireland, only WhatsApp is currently available โ not SMS. In the UK, both SMS and WhatsApp are available.
Here's how it actually works: we purchase a virtual number for you, which you display wherever you list your contact details. When customers ring that number, it's automatically forwarded through to your actual phone. If you can't pick up, the caller receives an automatic text reply. As standard, this is SMS โ but for extra protection, you can also include WhatsApp.
Your virtual number only sends messages out, as standard. Customers can't text back to it. Two-way texting can be set up upon request. This may be relevant if you are also interested in using our CRM to track and follow up leads.
Whenever someone calls to enquire about your services, the single biggest factor in whether a lead turns into a customer isn't how good your pitch is โ it's how fast you respond. See Speed To Lead on the CRM page.
When someone calls your business and you can't answer โ because you're busy, closed, or already with another customer โ most people don't call back. That means lost enquiries and lost revenue, even for good businesses.
They ring your business number as normal.
You're busy, closed, or already with someone else.
A message in your own words goes out instantly, by SMS or WhatsApp โ no app, no delay.
Most callers simply hang up rather than leave a message, then call the next business on the list. A text sent the moment you miss a call keeps that conversation alive.
If you're a plumber in Ireland, you're probably charging around โฌ2,000 to install a boiler. Just one extra job a month pays for this service many, many times over.
If you're a restaurant owner, just one large table booking will also cover this multiple times over.
If you're a car body worker, just one extra respray job could make you thousands of extra euro a month.
A professional website that loads fast and looks the part.
Let new customers know what you're about and what you do, and turn their visits into enquiries. Standard packages start from โฌ349.
Either you don't have one, or you have one that isn't pulling its weight. Both cost you the same thing: customers who found somebody else instead.
A site that's hard to find, slow to load, or doesn't make it obvious how to get in touch is easy to scroll past โ the whole point is conversion: turning the person who found you into someone who actually reaches out.
A slow or dated website doesn't just look bad โ people actually leave before it finishes loading, and Google factors page speed into how you rank. A fast, mobile-first build isn't a nice-to-have, it's the baseline for people to even see what you offer.

Not just a website โ one built to actually perform.
Built lean so people see your site in a couple of seconds, not left waiting around and clicking away before it even appears.
Runs with the padlock browsers now expect to see, and your domain is registered with your personal details kept out of the public lookup anyone can search.
Whether it's a phone, tablet, or laptop, the site reshapes itself to fit properly โ no zooming in, no squashed text.
Simple, clear navigation, so people find what they came for instead of hunting around for it.
Clear buttons throughout so it's always obvious how to call, message, or get in touch โ not just something nice to look at.
Your genuine Google reviews displayed directly on your website, so visitors see real social proof without leaving the page.
A floating WhatsApp button so visitors can message you directly, straight from the site.
A live chat box built into the site itself, for visitors who'd rather type a question than pick up the phone.
Customers can book straight from your site, any time of day, without having to ring you first.
On-page SEO is built into every site as standard. For off-page foundations โ Google Search Console setup, Google Business Profile optimisation, and manual directory submissions โ see Foundational SEO below โ. For ongoing automated business listing sync and reputation management, see the Online Growth Package.
Getting your website live is just the starting point. This makes sure Google can actually find it, understand what it's about, and start showing it to people searching for what you do โ done once, done properly, so you're not invisible from day one.
Connects your site directly to Google so every page gets found and indexed as quickly as possible.
We connect your site to Google Search Console and submit every page directly to Google for indexing. This is what allows your site to start appearing when someone searches for the services you offer. The keywords already built into your pages can only do their job once Google has read and indexed them โ this is what makes that happen.
Even after submission, Google typically takes a few days to a couple of weeks to fully crawl and index your pages โ this is standard. Search Console setup starts that clock immediately, rather than leaving it to chance.
The listing that puts you on Google Maps and at the top of local search results โ the single biggest factor in being found locally.
A complete, fully optimised profile tells Google exactly where you are, what you do, and that you're a legitimate active business. We set it up properly: business name, address, phone number, website, opening hours, services, and photos โ all consistent and complete. Most local businesses either don't have one or have one that's half-finished. That's the gap this closes.
Gets your business listed consistently across key online directories, building the trust signals Google uses to rank local businesses.
Google cross-references your business details across the web to confirm you're real and trustworthy. We manually submit your business to the key online directories relevant to your market โ in Ireland, for example, this includes Golden Pages, Yelp, Hotfrog, Cylex, and irishbusinesses.ie; in the UK, the key ones are Yell, Thomson Local, FreeIndex and Yelp UK. Inconsistencies between listings โ even something small like an old phone number โ can quietly drag your rankings down. This makes sure everything lines up.
Foundational SEO covers the most fundamental aspects of being found online โ a one-off setup that gives your site a proper start. If you want to build on that further, our Reputation Management and Online Growth Package take it from there โ a streamlined review request system, listings synced across 50+ directories, and your online presence kept active month after month.
Not required to get your site built โ but if you'd rather not think about it again once it's live, this covers it for you.
The padlock stays valid every month with no lapses, and your domain and site are watched for anything that looks wrong โ not a one-off setup, an ongoing check.
Every version of your site is safely kept, so anything can be rolled back rather than rebuilt from scratch.
Uptime is actively watched โ if the site ever goes down, we know before a customer has to tell you.
Small, reasonable updates can be included each month โ a text edit, price change, or photo swap. If you need more frequent changes or something bigger, just let us know and we'll agree a simple rate together.
Click below to see the list โ click a site to preview it live, or open it in a new tab separately.
Simple to use. Priced for local business, not enterprises.
Track every lead from first contact to closed deal โ to run your entire sales process โ with our affordable yet powerful system.
Every lead sits in exactly one stage at all times. Drag it forward as things progress โ nothing gets forgotten because it's sitting in an inbox or a notebook instead of the pipeline.
A new enquiry comes in from your website or a phone call. It lands automatically as a "New Lead" card โ no manual typing required for form submissions. You call them, and drag the card to "Contacted." They ask for a quote, so it moves to "Needs Assessment," then "Proposal Sent" once you've sent it. A stale-lead reminder can be set up so you're prompted to follow up if you haven't heard back in a few days, so no lead just quietly goes cold because you got busy.
You're not handed a blank system and left to configure it. The pipeline stages and structure are set up for how a local business actually sells, with guidance and support provided by us โ you start using it on day one.
Most leads aren't lost because the product or price was wrong โ they're lost because nobody followed up in time, or at all. A pipeline you can actually see is the difference between a lead going cold and a lead becoming a customer.

Competitor prices reflect the realistic tier a small business actually ends up needing for proper automation and workflows โ not the cheapest entry-level plan, which is typically too feature-limited for real use. Figures are approximate as of 2026, converted from USD; always check each provider's site for current pricing.
The Total Realistic Cost row stacks several separate approximations on top of each other (currency conversion, realistic-tier judgment calls, third-party add-on estimates) โ treat it as a rough guide for comparison, not an exact figure.
On the "Additional Costs" row above: SMS/calling is the only genuinely required extra cost found in this comparison โ HubSpot, Salesforce, and Pipedrive all run fine as CRMs without it, since it's optional for them, not something you need day to day. Monday.com is the exception, with no native calling or texting at all โ worth knowing specifically if that's a feature you need, since none of the others force the extra cost the way Monday.com does.
HubSpot, Salesforce, and Pipedrive are built for sales teams with complex, multi-stage deals. You're a tradesperson or small local business โ you don't need that depth, and you shouldn't have to pay for it. What you do need is the core stuff that actually runs a business day to day, and Nexus CRM covers every bit of it.

Worth knowing: at the tier businesses actually need, HubSpot charges a mandatory one-time onboarding fee on top of the monthly cost โ commonly โฌ1,400โโฌ3,000, rising to โฌ3,200โโฌ6,400 at Enterprise level. That's before a single month of use. Nexus CRM has no such fee.
Where the big names genuinely pull ahead: deep customisation for large sales teams, extensive third-party app marketplaces, and enterprise-grade reporting for hundreds of users. That's real, and if you're running a big sales operation, one of those tools is the right call. But if you're a plumber, an electrician, a salon, or a small local business โ that depth just isn't something you'll ever touch. You need the essentials to actually work, without paying enterprise prices for enterprise complexity you'll never use.
Every enquiry, from every channel, lands in the same place โ no more checking five different apps to see who's tried to get in touch.
Already live โ every submission creates a contact automatically.
Connect your Facebook Page and new ad form submissions flow straight into your CRM, usually within a minute.
Every call automatically creates a contact and logs the call, whether or not it's picked up.
Same idea as SMS, via WhatsApp instead โ needs Meta business verification and an approved message template first.
*Additional setup fee and monthly cost applies โ see Optional Upgrades below.
Worth knowing: the website form and Facebook/Instagram ads capture full details automatically. A call only guarantees the phone number โ anything else depends on what the caller types back, and it lands as message text, not a filled-in contact field.
Priced and built only if you want them.
An instant, fixed-template reply the moment a new lead comes in from any source โ a web form, a call, a message. The reply is written once, then fires automatically every time, so no lead sits waiting on you to notice them. Same principle as Missed Call Text Back โ an automatic reply that keeps the conversation open โ but built as its own automation, triggered by a new lead coming in rather than a call being missed. Instant response has been shown by independent research to dramatically increase conversion rate โ see Harvard Business Review.
โฌ149 setup + โฌ35/month

Connects LinkedIn lead ad submissions straight into your CRM the moment someone fills in a form. Only relevant if you're already running paid LinkedIn ad campaigns โ there's nothing to sync from a regular LinkedIn page with no ad spend behind it.
Priced on request
One pipeline doesn't fit every business. A barber's journey is simple โ lead, booked, done. A tradesperson's is longer โ lead, quote requested, quote sent, job scheduled, job complete, invoiced, paid. Rather than force every business into the same generic stages, or build something fully bespoke for every single client, we're moving toward a small set of ready-made pipeline templates, matched to the type of business you run.
Currently in development. The CRM available today uses a single general-purpose pipeline, well suited to most local service businesses in the meantime.
Everything your business needs to be found, trusted, and chosen online.
One system that combines your website, your Google Business Profile, and your reviews, with the tools for consistent, easy social media output, a way to track where your enquiries are actually coming from, a chatbot that captures leads on autopilot, and monthly reporting that shows what is and isn't working.
Ten years ago, ranking well mostly meant stuffing pages with keywords and collecting backlinks. That's no longer enough on its own โ Google now weighs hundreds of signals, most of them about whether real people trust, engage with, and keep coming back to your business.
For a local business, it roughly breaks down into six areas. Most businesses are only doing one or two of these โ which is exactly the gap this package closes.
Complete profile, correct categories, photos, services, Q&A โ set up properly and kept accurate.
A steady flow of genuine reviews, and a system that makes them easy to leave and easy to manage.
Fast to load, works properly on mobile, clear pages โ handled as part of your website build.
Your business name, address, and phone number listed consistently across directories.
Helpful FAQs and clear service pages โ built into your website at setup.
People searching for your business by name, and steady output across your social channels.
Here's exactly what you get, and what's actually being done for you with each one.
For a brand-new business, the first few weeks are about getting strong foundations in place โ website live, Google Business Profile fully built out, and your first reviews starting to land. For a business with an existing but neglected online presence, the early wins often come even faster โ an outdated listing corrected, inconsistent details fixed, a properly working website in place. From there, momentum builds steadily month over month as reviews accumulate and everything settles in โ real, compounding progress, not a one-off spike that fades.
These aren't Google ranking signals, so they're not part of the core package above โ but they pair well with it if you want everything handled in one place.
Never lose a customer just because a call went unanswered.
A dedicated page built for a specific offer or ad campaign โ useful if you're ever running a promotion or paid ads and want somewhere purpose-built to send people, rather than your general homepage. Quoted separately per project.
Not every business runs campaigns or paid ads, so this stays optional rather than something everyone pays for whether they need it or not. It's built only if and when you actually want one, and quoted separately per project since the scope varies so much from one campaign to the next.
One system. Every signal covered. Managed for you.

Monthly services are billed on a rolling, month-to-month basis with no fixed-term contract, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Website builds are one-off projects, typically requiring an agreed deposit before work begins and full payment on completion, as set out in your individual quote.
Monthly services can be cancelled at any time with reasonable notice; no cancellation fee applies. Cancelling does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period already paid.
You agree to provide accurate information needed to deliver a service (such as business details, login access, or content for your website), and to use our services lawfully and in line with the terms of any third-party platform involved (such as Google's review policies).
Any website, system, or content we build for you becomes yours on full payment, unless otherwise agreed. Our own site content, branding, and materials remain the property of Nexus Sales Solutions.
We may update these terms from time to time; the current version will always be available on this page.
Questions about these terms can be sent to support@nexussales.ie or (ROI) 087 484 0845.
